- During September, October and November, a movie series will be added. The discussion guide for the
series is from Presbyterian Church USA. Each of the five movies, chosen by PCUSA, present a different
face of poverty. - The first movie, The Florida Project with Willem Dafoe, will be available through the church library and is available through Multnomah County Library. The face of poverty in this movie is six-year-old Moonee who lives in a motel room with her single mother. This movie which runs 1 hour, and 51 minutes is R rated.
- Please watch the movie prior to the discussion. But, if you do not have a chance to do so, please come to the discussion. Discussions will be led by members of the Adult Discipleship Committee. Currently, the discussions will be via ZOOM.
